1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between lalago99 ("Platform", "we") and every individual ("User", "you") who accesses or uses the services provided through the lalago99.org website and related applications.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any game or other service available on lalago99, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these terms in full. This acceptance is final and cannot be unilaterally withdrawn by the user.

These terms apply together with the lalago99 Privacy Policy, which also forms part of the legal framework governing use of this platform.

2. User Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, users must also:

• Act in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party without clear disclosure;
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law;
• Not have been previously banned or suspended by lalago99 through any related account;
• Not be an employee, immediate family member of an employee, or business partner of lalago99 who has access to internal information.

lalago99 reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity, age or location from a user. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account. Holding multiple accounts under the same name, the same address, or the same mobile number is a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including full name, date of birth, identity card number (MyKad) and contact details. lalago99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time using valid supporting documents.

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. lalago99 will never request a user's password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility unless a valid security breach report has been made.

• Notify lalago99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone;
• Use a strong password and change it regularly for better account security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

lalago99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the equivalent value based on the current rate.

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM50 and the minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the payment method and internal verification process.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the account holder. lalago99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving large or unusual withdrawals.

• Deposits made using third-party methods will not be accepted and will be returned;
• All withdrawals are subject to any active bonus wagering requirements on the relevant account;
• lalago99 is not responsible for delays caused by bank systems or third-party wallet providers.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

lalago99 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

The lalago99 welcome bonus gives an extra 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before winnings can be withdrawn.

For example: A deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM150, giving an account balance of RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250. The full wagering amount of RM2,250 must be completed through eligible games before any withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements;
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system through hedging bets or similar strategies is prohibited;
• lalago99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if proven misuse is found;
• Players are responsible for understanding the terms of each promotion before accepting the offer.

6. Game and Sports Rules

All games available on the lalago99 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games and Teen Patti — are run using software from licensed developers and use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness.

For sports betting, the odds and markets displayed are final at the time the bet is placed. lalago99 reserves the right to cancel or modify bets placed on markets that have experienced a technical error or where odds were displayed with a significant error.

Live casino game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be proven through a recording of the relevant session. All bets are considered valid once confirmed by the system.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lalago99 platform:

• Owning or operating more than one account in any form;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any technology that simulates human activity;
• Player collusion (chip dumping) to gain an unfair advantage in games;
• Transferring funds between player accounts through unauthorised methods;
• Providing false information or concealing true identity during registration or verification;
• Manipulating or attempting to hack lalago99's systems, servers or software;
• Using a lalago99 account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

lalago99 cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspicious financial activity and reserves the right to report relevant cases to the appropriate authorities.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

lalago99 processes users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website. Data is collected for the purposes of identity verification, processing financial transactions, fraud prevention and fulfilling international licensing obligations.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

lalago99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, technical errors requiring investigation, or instructions from a licensing authority.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact the lalago99 customer support team via live chat or email. Valid account balances will be returned once the verification process is complete and all active wagering requirements have been settled.

In the case of an account terminated due to a breach of terms, lalago99 reserves the right to withhold balances that are proven to have been obtained through activities that violate these terms. This decision may be submitted for review through lalago99's official complaints procedure.

10. Limitation of Liability

lalago99 provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted continuous platform availability. While lalago99 works to ensure smooth operation, technical disruptions, maintenance work or events beyond our control may temporarily affect access.

lalago99 is not liable for losses arising from betting or game outcomes — the risk of financial loss is borne entirely by the player. Users are advised to play within financial limits they can afford.

lalago99's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim, subject to all terms and conditions herein.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
